Scientists from Norway and Italy have found which products play an important role in long -lasting. To do this, they reviewed scientific articles and published their consequences in the Journal of Developments in Nutrition.

In total, experts analyzed 41 systematic examination and commodity analysis. Most of them were held in 2016-2022. When they united, more than 1 million participants made each food group.

According to the results of the study, experts ultimately emerge: a diet with many hazelnuts, whole wheat cereals, fruits, vegetables and fish is associated with a decrease in the possibility of death from all causes and a longer life. A connection between a longer legume and white meat consumption and a longer life was discovered.

The consumption of more red and processed meat, which was sweetened with beverage sugar, was connected with a shorter life expectancy.
