Scientists from Iran and Nevadsky University have done a study to find out how green tea affected blood pressure. The results of this study were published in Blood Pressure magazine.
Green tea forms, where experts worked, contained green tea, green tea extract, epigallocatechin-3-leil (EGCG), green tea catechins.
Experts found that regular use of green tea in different forms is associated with 1 mm RT at systolic (upper number) and diastolic (lower number) arterial pressure. Art.
