According to the insiders, the company plans to publish the iPhone 17E in the spring of 2026. Thus, the E “E” series, which replaces the “se”, will be updated more frequently than the previous one.
According to sources, the iPhone 17E will receive the same screen as the iPhone 16E model presented in February 2025. This means that the main improvements should be waiting in other components – probably the processor, cameras or autonomy.

Apple is waiting to sell about 20 million iPhone 16e in 2025 – the same as the previous SE models were sold. Given the stable demand, the company rely on regular updates in the budget segment.
