The project servers will stop working on January 20, 2026 at 16:59 Moscow time, after which the game will be completely unusable. The last update of the game was released on October 20, 2025.
From this point on, the developers disabled the in-game purchasing feature, but left unlimited energy for players to complete their projects safely.
On October 21, The Sims Mobile will be removed from the App Store and Google Play, but users who have previously installed the game will be able to continue playing until January.
On January 6, 2026, all items in the construction and character creation modes will be unlocked for all players with no level restrictions. This will allow anyone to build a “dream home” before the servers shut down.
EA thanked fans for their support and creativity, noting that The Sims Mobile community “always inspires developers with its stories and buildings.”
