The SBOL application, which is an analogue of Sberbank Online, was removed from the App Store. Also, in the app store search, the Prime Balance app, similar to the VTB app, is no longer issued.
The SBOL app was removed less than a week after it appeared.
The SBOL and Prime Balance services were released by third-party developers; they made it possible for customers of Sberbank and VTB with iOS devices to use banking services.
The “main balance” – a copy of the VTB application – was filed in May 2022. The old copy of VTB Online also disappeared from the App Store.
- The Sberbank Online mobile application on the iOS platform is not available for download and update in the App Store due to sanctions since April 12. All pre-installed applications work, there are no restrictions on their use. On April 13, Google also removed the Sberbank mobile app from the Google Play store.
- VTB has been under blocking sanctions since February 2022.
