services open We have been experiencing instability since this Monday morning (2). According to the company’s customers, phone services show “mobile network unavailable” and some users even found “mobile not registered on network” warning. Some reports also point to a complete crash of the official Minha Claro app.
The instability, which started around 7am, according to customers, was noticed by users from various parts of the country, but the states with the most reports are Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Claro’s official profile on Twitter said, “I have verified that we have a team on my system that deals with the failure at location and streamlines coverage as soon as possible.”
Complaints on networks
As usual, users of the operator complained about the instability of the service on social networks.
