According to the Equal Leaks channel, the screenshot shows the internals of MiOS. It appears to be working on a Xiaomi smartphone. This is an alpha release dated November 5, 2022.
It is worth noting that the screenshot is still old, and in general all this may be nothing more than a rumor.
