Wildberries will no longer accept products with a low customer rating from sellers. If the product rating is below 3 points out of 5 possible, then its placement will be stopped.
Wildberries Market announced an increase in quality requirements for produce placed on the site, the company said.
If the product’s rating based on customer reviews is less than 3 points out of 5 possible, its placement on the platform will be stopped.
“The removal of restrictions is carried out in the event of an increase in the overall rating of the seller’s goods,” Wildberries said.
Previously, the market stopped accepting jewelry from sellers without documents confirming its originality.
Since the end of February, Wildberries has also stopped accepting unlabeled products, including clothing, footwear, underwear, perfumes and toilet water, tubes, tires, bottled water and dairy products.
