Apple has released iOS 16.4.1 Rapid Security Response (a). As well as macOS 13.3.1 Rapid Security Response (a).
This is a small security update. It orders separately from the regular firmware when the user is sent from the auto-installation of the updated system. probable conversions occur faster than standard ones. The size of the software release is just under 100 MB.
