re:Store has launched an annual creative project “re:Store digital art | Lifeform”, aimed at promoting digital art.
During it, the authors return to reflect on the topic “Because of surprises in silicon”: from biological aspects and against physiological organs to philosophical and ethical issues that arise with AI and technology.
Those who wish to take part in this project can send their materials on this topic: photos, videos, audio recordings or anything else. Project curator and chairman of the jury of public Andrey Bartenevmultidisciplinary artist, classic of Russian contemporary art.
What to send and where
This year’s entries are presented in two categories:
🔺 Pro: statics, dynamics, WEB 3.0, sound design and neural networks
🔺 Mobile Phone: Mobile Photo (Shot on iPhone)
In each of them you take three winners. Nomination neural network will be presented separately.

What a prize
Each category has its own prizes. For Pro for the first place in the re:Store certificate for 150 thousand rubles, for 2 places with a certificate for 80 thousand rubles, and for 3 places – 50 thousand rubles each. In the Neural Network category, the winner will receive 30,000 rubles.
In addition, the works of the winners will be individually installed in the re:Store. All shortlisted works will take part in a group exhibition at the Ruarts Gallery in Moscow.
For Mobile for the first place they give in the re:Store certificate for 100 thousand rublesfor 2 places with a certificate for 50 thousand rubles, and for 3 places – 25 thousand rubles each.
Also winners in exciters certificates for training in Yandex Practicum for 20 thousand and 10 thousand rubles.
Who else will be on the jury
1. Max Arnautov, digital artist, designer, hypebeast. Resident of Digital Fashion Dubai. Author of conceptual collaborations in the field of fashion. He creates digital images and motion designs for brands, as well as visuals for musicians.
2. Ilikadelyan, digital artist from the FMT.JETLAG team. He does not consider himself to be any category of artists, because he works in different directions. Art director and participant of Digital Fashion Dubai.
3. Daniil Zuev, digital artist from St. Petersburg. Creator of social and charitable projects, paintings about children with mental disorders, as well as works created using an ECG device and generative statistics. Intensive NFT teacher at the British Higher School of Design.
4. Vlad Mikeev, program director of Plus Dacha in Gorky Park, one of the founders of the Radio Tiger Telegram channel, DJ and musician. In the past, he was the program director of the Silver Rain radio station and the music director of Piknik Afisha festivals.

Applications for participation and submission of competitive works until July 16. Voting for the selection of the best will take place from July 17 to August 13.
Announcement of the winners of the meeting on August 14. And an exhibition of the best works in re:Store stores and Ruarts Gallery will be held in Moscow in September 2023.
