ZTE presented several new Nubia smartphones at the exhibition Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024, held in Barcelona, Spain. These devices are intended for distribution in Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Each smartphone is designed for a different type of consumer, including ZTE’s first foldable smartphone.
Nubia also unveiled its new Focus 5G series, which brings professional mobile photography technology to more affordable devices. Nubia Focus 5G Pro is equipped with a flagship-level dual camera with a resolution of 108 MP based on Neovision technology and five focal lengths, and Nubia Focus 5G with four. Each device offers several features such as on-sensor upscaling algorithm, RAW Super Night Mode, RAW HDR and 4K video.
Nubia Focus 5G Pro and Nubia Focus 5G are equipped with 6.72-inch and 6.6-inch displays, respectively. Both screens have a 120Hz refresh rate for exceptional picture quality. They also feature a large 5000mAh battery with AI power-saving technology and high-quality DTS audio for a smooth audio-visual and gaming experience.
The Nubia Focus 5G series is equipped with an octa-core 6nm 5G chip with a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz.
Nubia Flip 5G
ZTE’s first foldable phone, Nubia Flip 5G, features a flexible foldable display and a highly durable hinge for ease of use. It includes a 6.9-inch ultra-clear 120Hz internal screen and a feature-rich external screen. The first allows access to various applications without unfolding the phone. The Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 1 chipset powers the new foldable phone, which is backed by a 4,310mAh battery.
Nubia Music
The Nubia Music smartphone is designed to deliver exceptional audio quality. It has several audio-related features that are not available in other models. One of its key features is improved volume, which can be increased by up to 600% thanks to more prominent speakers and an AI-powered volume algorithm. The phone also features dual 3.5mm headphone jacks for immersive audio and easy music sharing.
Nubia Neo 2 5G
Finally, the second generation Nubia Neo 5G mobile phone is made for gamers. It comes with two customizable shoulder triggers for gaming that are exclusive to this phone. The phone features a 6.72-inch 120Hz display on the front that delivers incredibly smooth and accurate viewing.
The new Neo 5G packs a 6,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
The new ZTE Nubia smartphones will be launched in a few weeks globally at specific prices for different regions.
