The last few weeks have been a bit chaotic regarding which Samsung phones will be able to update to One UI 7 and Android 15. We already know that the company has taken the development quietly, and also that will not arrive as soon as expected. Today, everything indicates that South Korea will deploy stable and official version around February. Luckily, leaks let us know the roadmap before it becomes official.

And, in addition to the most expensive and important mobile phones, today we can present three very interesting devices in the spotlight. They are cheap, discreet and extremely popular all over the world. Some landmarks confirmed that Samsung is testing Android 15 Galaxy M14, Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A15 5G.

Curious since several previous announcements they excluded them from the updatemainly because they belonged to a very economical line and were launched in 2023. Various tests now confirm that Samsung intends to bring One UI 7 and Android 15 to these phones cheap.

This doesn’t officially mean they’re going to be updated – these are just tests – but it does put them in a position to good candidates to be included in this shortlistwhich, by the way, Samsung should publish sometime before the end of 2024.

Where is One UI 7 and Android 15 for Samsung phones?

It’s a reality that One UI 7 and Android 15 are a bit delayed, although luckily we’re on the verge of an official announcement. According to the main rumors, Samsung must launch the first public beta of the software by December 15th.. When this happens, the Galaxy S24 will be the first to be able to install it, although not worldwide.

The first wave of beta testing will be scheduled for Germany, South Korea and the USA. Other countries, including Spain, will likely have to wait for a second batch around January 2025. And all this to install One UI 7 and Android 15 in the trial version. The stable phase will take even longer.

If everything goes as expected, Samsung could start rolling out One UI 7 and Android 15 stable. end of January or beginning of February. Let’s start, of course, with the most popular mobile phones: see Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Z Fold 6, Galaxy A55, etc.

The protagonists of this article – the Galaxy M14, A14 and A15 – will have to wait a few more weeks as the update is likely to arrive will be deployed in a checkerboard pattern between different models in the catalogue.

That is, if you have one of these three smartphones, you will have to wait 3 to 4 months to be able to install One UI 7 and Android 15. Until Samsung backs down with the update.
