In terms of specifications, the Galaxy S25 is expected to be equipped with chips. Snapdragon 8 Elite from Qualcomm. The base version will be offered with 12GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB and 512GB of internal storage, while the Plus variant will have identical storage and will be available with 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. The Ultra model will be offered in 12GB + 256GB, 512GB or 1TB configurations. Additionally, the latter will come with a 5,000mAh battery and a rear camera configuration that includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor.
If you look at the prices, all models will be more expensive than their predecessors. Galaxy S25 will be available through 973 euroswhile the S25+ and S25 Ultra will do the same with 1246 and 1571 eurosrespectively. The most expensive option of all will be the 1TB S25 Ultra, which costs €1,948.
