iPhone 15 Pro may no longer come with unified volume buttons as previously thought and it should have a different button to activate silent mode. The new CAD files of Apple’s next-generation mobile phone show this. 9to5Mac this Wednesday (26).

According to the publication, images obtained from a “highly reliable source” show the volume buttons in the traditional layout, supporting recent rumors. Well, volume up and down buttons should stay separate on the most advanced versions of the phone.

On the other hand, these more robust variants will likely have a new capacitive part to mute the device. Instead of changing the position of the classic “key”, the user simply presses the switch, which can also have other features, such as the action button on the Apple Watch Ultra.

It was previously reported that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will come with a unified volume button that works with haptic feedback, replacing the two traditional parts. But apparently, Apple has changed its mind and should keep the original design across the board.

Cameras and other news

In the currently published iPhone 15 Pro CAD files, it is possible to see some differences in the rear camera module of the smartphone. The first images of the series showed a huge bulge, larger than the iPhone 14 Pro.

The new images, although still larger than the current line, have much less prominent bumps. The module of the iPhone 15 Pro Max is larger than that seen in the 14 Pro version. may indicate the presence of a periscope cameraaccording to rumors.
