If you have a transport company, or need a bus for any kind of activity or recreation, you will be able to buy 30 hybrid buses at a price three times lower than normal. Yes, used, but not older than 10 years.
According to our colleague Noelia Lopez of AutoBild, The Municipal Transportation Company (EMT) of Madrid auctioned 30 hybrid city buses (diesel/electric), which can be purchased at auction from June 24th.
These are not old cars, as they are all less than ten years old, as we have already mentioned. The reason for replacing it is because Madrid EMT purchased 100 100% electric busesmodernizes his fleet, so he has to get rid of hybrids.

Of the 30 used hybrid buses you can bid on, 17 is the MAN Lion urban model, and 13 is the Iveco brand, the Urbanway model.
City bus for 73,000 euros
The bus costs from 200,000 to 400,000 euros, depending on the number of seats and other characteristics.
EMT auction starts with prices 73,000 euros, which is a bargain for a car of this spec in just a few years. But unfortunately, if you want one, you will have to buy them in batches.
According to AutoBild, EMT grouped them into five lots of six buses each. The minimum price of each lot ranges from 440,000 to 490,000 euros. And someone can rise higher if there are stakes.
