A study team investigated why regular exercise is good for our body. The study focused on what happens at the molecular level and protects us from:obesity. The researchers subjected laboratory mice to exhausting workouts on the treadmill. They then examined the
changes in the chemicals in their cells over time.

One has been identified metabolite of the name Lac-Phe, synthesized from lactate and phenylalanine. The latter is a combined amino acid for the production of proteins and is known from lactate. It is produced by the body after strenuous exercise.

Scientists appear to have discovered an essential biological pathway that influences appetite levels and
amount of food ingested by a person. The researchers gave the mice high doses of Lac-Phe,
let him rent one eating pattern high fat content. The result reported that the animals were about
half in the next 12 hours compared to a group of control mice. They noticed that the
movement and energy consumption of the animals remained the same.

In practice, the differences are in the reduction of appetite caused by the administration of Lac-Phe
were only clear after theexcercise and in animals on a high-fat diet. Same conditions
were observed in more static mice with a normal diet. Scientists analyzed the
effects of exercise in humans and racehorses. Also here were large amounts of Lac-Phe
especially present in people after exercise. More research is needed to confirm this
such results at a full level in humans.
