cold meat, the directorial debut of Roberto Recchioni, will be officially presented at Romics on Sunday 10 April at 4 pm, during a special meeting where the first images will be exclusively shown. For the occasion, the director has made a very limited edition of prints on Fedrigoni paper, which he will dedicate to the public.

Cold Meat is the first chapter of a horror work written and directed by Roberto Recchioni, novelist and screenwriter and illustrator for comics, film and literature, now in his first experience as a director. Carne Fredda is produced by Adler Entertainment and Red On Productions, made with the collaboration of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Audiovisual Fund and the contribution of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Film Commission.

Synopsis of the movie:
The theme is that of wealth and power: who has it and how do they use it, who does not have it and what are they willing to do to get it. In Carne Fredda we meet Sveva Montaldo (Orsetta De Rossi), an old and great writer of great talent and Anna Alfieri (Chiara Baschetti), also a writer but young and of uncertain talent. The conflicted relationship between these two women will come to a brutal resolution in the isolated scenario of a high mountain villa. Who will be the victim and who will be the executioner?
