Ozon has added new promotional opportunities for entrepreneurs, now an automatic pay-per-click bid management strategy is available on Stencils, a market representative said. The new option will be introduced gradually.
The feature works like this: partners choose a product to promote and set a daily budget, and the service’s algorithms dynamically change the offer based on the level of competition in the category. The offer will be automatically selected for the position to receive the most clicks.
In the future, it will be possible to change campaigns from manual bids to automatic ones. This can be done in one click with any payment model.
Oleg Dorozhok, Ozon’s director of marketing and monetization, notes that the previously launched automatic pay-per-impression strategy showed good results, so the company extended the functionality to clicks. This, in his opinion, will allow sellers to manage their campaigns more comfortably and efficiently.
Earlier, Ozon released an algorithm that allows sellers to predict demand for individual products in different regions of the country. The tool will help optimize logistics and reduce costs.
