Samsung has resumed financial support for Russian retailers and distributors. Several sources in the electronics market reported this in the newspapers.

According to one of them, infusions resumed this summer. A world-class company pays remuneration for the sale of smartphones, tablets and other gadgets in Russia. Cash bonuses in the amount of 1–10% of the cost of purchased goods are received by foreign structures affiliated with reliable importers and sellers of equipment.

Samsung’s payments compensate retailers for the costs of sales and promotions. This applies to products that are carried out in Russia through parallel imports.

Samsung officially rejects these changes.

The company’s activities have not undergone any changes.

Experts interviewed believe that Samsung has resumed financial support due to the fact that sales of its equipment are falling in Russia, and buyers are increasingly giving preference to Chinese brands. [Известия]
