The flagship RTX 4080 SUPER features a powerful AD103-400 GPU with 10,240 cores, 320 TMUs and 112 ROPs. It is expected to perform only 3-5% better than the previous model with a 256-bit bus interface and 16 GB GDDR6X memory.
The RTX 4070 Ti SUPER isn’t far behind, with 8,448 cores, 16 GB GDDR6 memory, and a 15% performance increase over the non-SUPER model, which is honestly better anyway. RTX 4070 SUPER, also equipped with 7,168 cores and 12 GB GDDR6X memory, is expected to be 14% ahead of the non-SUPER version.
Plans for the release of the GeForce RTX 4090 SUPER have been delayed due to sanctions limiting the release of GPUs clocked above 4800 THz in some regions.
