Forza Horizon 5 launched with the High preset. At 1080p, the average frame rate was 104 fps (RTX 3060) and 138 fps (RTX 4060), compared to 1440p – 89 and 118 fps respectively.
Fortnite Chapter 5 S2 tested on Performance graphics settings. The average FPS in this game at 1080p was 445 fps (with RTX 3060) and 450 fps (with RTX 4060) at 1440p – 388 fps and 416 fps respectively.
In the BeamNG Drive game with high graphics, the average performance in Full HD was 121 fps (RTX 3060) and 140 fps (RTX 4060) at 1440p – 85 fps and 98 fps, respectively.
Battlefield 5 came with a high preset. The average frame rate was 80 fps (RTX 3060) and 93 fps (RTX 4060), respectively, at 1080p, and 55 and 65 fps at 1440p.
CS:GO 2 was running at high graphics settings. On average, it managed to get 231 fps (RTX 3060) and 284 fps (RTX 4060) at 1080p, and 165 fps and 199 fps at 1440p.
The Cyberpunk 2077 game was running on a high preset. Without DLSS, the average frame rate at 1080p was 70 fps (with RTX 3060) and 79 fps (with RTX 4060), at 1440p – 44 and 50 fps, respectively. Performance at 1080p with DLSS was 63 and 75 fps, respectively, at 1440p – 41 and 46 fps.
Rust was tested with 1/100 graphics settings. Average FPS at 1080p resolution was 123 fps (RTX 3060) and 126 fps (RTX 4060), with 89 and 98 fps respectively at 1440p resolution.
The average frame rate at 1080p in Valheim with the high preset was 120fps (RTX 3060) and 131fps (RTX 4060), compared to 1440p – 81 and 88fps respectively.
Warzone 3 was released with ultra graphics. On average, performance in Full HD was 108 fps (RTX 3060) and 122 fps (RTX 4060), respectively, in QHD – 82 and 95 fps.
Witcher 3 tested on ultra settings. Average FPS at 1080p in this game was 74fps (with RTX 3060) and 83fps (with RTX 4060) at 1440p – 62fps in both cases.
Apex Legends came with high graphics. Average performance at 1080p was 176 fps and 214 fps (with RTX 3060 and 4060, respectively), at 1440p – 124 and 154 fps.
GTA 5 tested with High graphics. The average frame rate at 1080p resolution was around 180 fps in both cases; 1440p – 168 fps (RTX 3060) and 177 fps (RTX 4060).
Red Dead Redemption 2 was released with Epic graphics. On average, performance indicators were 78 fps (RTX 3060) and 89 fps (RTX 4060) at 1080p, 63 and 71 fps at 1440p.
In Rainbow Six Siege with the high preset, the average frame rate in Full HD was 360 fps (RTX 3060) and 424 fps (RTX 4060), QHD – 341 fps and 235 fps, respectively.
In general, at Full HD resolution, in terms of average FPS, the RTX 4060 graphics card outperformed the RTX 3060 by 12% (175 fps and 156 fps), and 5% at 1440p (131 fps and 125 fps).
