Many Wildberries users have already encountered this new measure, which is said to be still in the testing phase. According to representatives of Wildberries, this measure is necessary for the transfer of information about buyers to the Federal Customs Service.
It is worth noting that this requirement does not apply to goods from Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries, including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Despite the convenience and security of the new system announced by Wildberries, it caused mixed reactions. The new system may lead to the loss of a significant part of customers, since not all Russians use State Services.
