Pavel Durov announced the launch of the Telegram Stars currency.
Starting today, bots and mini-applications in instant messengers can sell digital goods and services. “Stars” are needed to acquire them.
You can buy “Stars” in Telegram (payment through the Apple or Google payment system) or using the PremiumBot bot, and then distribute various digital products offered by the bots: from e-books and online courses to subjects in games.
You can change payment with stars at @DurgerKingBot. He offers a special cake for which virtual money will be returned immediately.
In the near future, developers will be able to display “Stars” received by bots in Toncoin using the Fragment platform.
It is noted that in the future, using the “star” it will be possible to send gifts to content creators. There will be other features that will be announced later.
