The famous concept – stylized wings with rounded edges – remains unchanged. The logo’s color has changed: the metal effect is gone and instead a smooth black fill is now used. The three-dimensional logo has become two-dimensional with clearer lines and the shadows have also disappeared.
In Japan, the new logo was approved on July 22, 2024. The new logo is likely part of Mazda’s global rebranding, but it is not known whether the new emblem will be used on the brand’s cars.
As AutoGuide notes, a similar flat logo was also seen on the Mazda Arata, an electric EV design concept model unveiled by Changan Mazda at Auto China 2024 in April.
