OpenAI has announced the launch of its own search engine, ChatGPT Search, which will be gradually available to all users over the coming months, starting today.
It appeared right on the chat page at the bottom in the same text box. It immediately searches for the information you need and then offers links to sources.
You can ask questions in human language and get an answer too. All answers are immediately structured and laid out for greater clarity.
The search is available on the official website chatgpt.com, as well as in desktop and mobile applications. All ChatGPT Plus and Team users, as well as SearchGPT waitlist users, will have access starting today. Enterprise and Edu users will have access soon within a few weeks.
