Avroid, a company that develops software for Russian operating systems, announced an update for Tavro, the mobile client of Telegram messenger. Now Aurora OS users can make group voice and video calls and add new contacts directly in the app. This expands communication capabilities, allowing you to hold conference calls with colleagues or loved ones.

The new version of Tavro supports group calls with the ability to connect up to 10 thousand participants. Additionally, up to 250 people can share the screen or broadcast video at the same time. This functionality will be useful for those who organize webinars or organize large online events operating through a native application for the Russian operating system.

The company has also extended free access to an individual version of Tavro until mid-2025. This gives owners of Aurora devices and those who are considering switching to Russian technologies the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the main functions of the application, such as messaging, group calls and working with chat archives. The new version can be downloaded from the developer’s website, where detailed instructions are also available.
