The case was opened in 2021 and resorted to two young children whom the criminals forced to take illegal photographs and spread. According to the plaintiffs, X slowly reacted to complaints and did not immediately remove the content.
Previously, the Court has already admitted that X has legal protection in accordance with the 230 law, which is exempted from the responsibility of the online platform user content. However, the current decision acknowledges that X may neglect and forces the company to defend itself again.
