The Ministry of Digital Transformation and Rosreestr have started to develop the My Housing superservice, which will enable online real estate transactions, the ministry’s press service said in a statement.

Gosuslugi will launch a service for online real estate transactions

Market participants – buyers, real estate sellers, online ad aggregators, developers, banks and government agencies – will be able to interact in a single digital environment.

In particular, Gosuslug users will be able to place advertisements for the sale of homes on Internet portals, confirming online rights according to the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN).

  • With the help of the service, it will be possible to check the presence of liens, information about registered residents, the presence of arrears in the payment of utility bills and other parameters.
  • The seller and the buyer will be able to complete the transaction completely online. The service will have a built-in constructor that will allow you to draw up an electronic contract of sale, mortgage or equity participation in the forms developed by Rosreestr.
  • It will be possible to sign documents with an enhanced qualified electronic signature in the “Goskey” mobile application.
  • The possibility of entering into an agreement with the management company, registering at the place of residence with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and more is also being studied.

In July, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, launched an online car buying and selling service in Gosuslugakh. A contract template is already built in there, the service automatically checks the car for warranties and other stopping factors.
