At the first stage, Post Bank, PSB, MTS Bank will introduce the new service. UBRD plans to provide the new Mir functionality by next year. Russian Standard is involved in the development and implementation of the project, Zenith is also considering the possibility of integrating a new service.
In March 2022, Apple Pay and Google Pay contactless payment services for Visa and Mastercard bank cards stopped working in Russia.
