Musk emphasized that the owners of such accounts will need to warn of parody not only in the bio, but also in the profile name. However, Musk did not specify when the new rules would take effect.

“From now on, parody accounts need to include the word ‘parody’ in their page names, not just biographies… First of all, it’s not good to fool people,” the Twitter owner said.
