Avito Real Estate has calculated the cost of renting homes in fictional locations from the popular video game Atomic Heart. Experts visually compared these places with the districts of the capital and named the amount for which, for example, Major Nechaev could rent an apartment in one or another place in modern Moscow.
The first location in the game is similar to the modern VDNKh district. According to Auto Nedvizhimost estimates, in January the average cost of renting housing in this area was 50,000 rubles per month.
The salary of a KGB officer is not announced in the game, but service experts suggested that Major Nechaev could afford to rent a one-room apartment here.
The buildings of the city of the future “Chelomey” visually resemble the so-called Stalinist skyscrapers, in particular the buildings of the Moscow State University on Sparrow Hills.
“The key genius of the shooter, Professor Sechenov, could live in this elite zone. Most likely, he would have lectured at Moscow State University and would like to live close to work, ”Avito Real Estate noted.
The average rental rate in this area is 95 thousand rubles per month. For example, a two-room apartment of 60 m2. m near Moscow State University can be rented for 80 thousand rubles a month.
Service specialists compared the Atomic Heart bunker with the Tagansky district of Moscow. There, the average rent for one-, two- and three-room apartments is 50, 63 and 80 thousand rubles per month, respectively.
The house of the game character Baba Zina can be found in the Moscow region, for example, in the village of Moskovsky. A month’s rent for such a house will cost 26 thousand rubles.
The action of the recently released video game Atomic Heart takes place in the USSR in an alternate time, where the country produces robots at the service of people. The machines organize an uprising, which the main character has to stop.
