It was learned that the main factors in choosing a particular workplace are the financial stability of the employer and monetary compensation for the job. In addition, career prospects also affect the mood of respondents.
More than 7,000 applicants and more than 220 employers across Russia participated in the survey. Overall, 62% of the respondents expressed a desire to return to Russia in the near future.
In addition to the above reasons for returning home, respondents cited personal circumstances, more attractive career opportunities, and a more positive economic outlook for the country as a whole.
As part of the study, the researchers also looked at which countries Russians would prefer to move to for employment in 2022 (in order of decreasing interest):
