VK Music has introduced a new way to search for music – snippets. These are key snippets of 35-second tracks that allow users to search for more music and select it and add it to a playlist faster. This is indicated in the VK message.
The update is available in the VK Music app store and in the music section of the VKontakte social network.
In the “Snippets” section you can listen to all the music presented in the service in short format. The recommendation algorithm selects fragments based on the musical preferences of each user. The selection will be updated in the storefront every day.
Also in the VKontakte music section there is a function for previewing tracks – long touch. By long pressing a track, the user can activate its preview and immediately listen to the brightest fragment. The function works in the music section, except in “My Music”.
