Wordsmith AI was founded in October 2023 by Ross McNairn, Robbie Falkenthal, and Vladimir Giginyak. The company’s headquarters are located in Edinburgh.

The startup has developed an artificial intelligence platform for companies’ legal departments, which can customize it for other employees. By using the platform, any employee will be able to resolve their legal problems faster.

The goal of Wordsmith AI is to create the ultimate command center for in-house lawyers, allowing them to accelerate the work of everyone around them. The “world-class investors” they now have will help them tackle this task, the company said.
