Budu, an online health management service, has launched a marketplace for medical services, a service representative told RB.RU.
Services within the market will be provided by “large Russian medical organizations and laboratories” with which Budu cooperates. In the first stage, laboratory studies and check-ups are presented on the platform. When placing an order on the site, the executor is displayed in the basket – this is the Helix company.
In the near future, as reported, there will also be various diagnostic methods, visits to doctors, the purchase of medicines and dietary supplements.
The market will accompany the user in an online format: the advisors will help them choose a service, carry out procedures and suggest a point to buy medicines.
The company did not disclose the launch cost, only specifying that Budu uses infrastructure that has been built in recent years. “Today, our main investment is a marketing budget, tens of millions for a launch, but here we are not ready to reveal details,” the company added.
Budu is a medical technology service that is part of the Renaissance Insurance group. It combines a technological platform for online consultations, the experience of a team of doctors, its own clinics in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and preventive diagnostic services.
